Organization Culture is the personality of the organization. It includes the assumptions, values, norms, management styles and all manner of acceptable behaviors of the organization members. Much has been written in recent years about changing the organizational culture. These changes often fail to occur because change strategists often do not consider the total role culture plays in an organization.
How would you describe your organization's culture? Which behaviors work and which do not? What are people saying about "what's it like to work here?" Could your leadership benefit from adapting Rare Air Leadership qualities?
